Information for parents and carers about bookings, payments, safeguarding, behaviour, medication and preparing for club.
Fees and payment
Breakfast Club £6.50, After School Club £14 and Holiday Play Scheme £32. Payment is normally required to secure a booking.
Tax-Free Childcare
Tax-Free Childcare payments are supported. Contact us if you need help matching a payment to your account.
Childcare vouchers
We accept supported childcare voucher schemes. Add your provider details during payment.
Booking terms and cancellation policy
Please book in advance and provide the required notice for cancellations. Late cancellation charges may apply.
What to bring

Book and Manage Wrap Around Care with MagicBooking
Our secure booking partner lets you register children, choose centres, book sessions, make payments and manage existing bookings.
Holiday Club bookings are made through MANNA-SEH HOLIDAY CLUB CENTRE (SIDCUP). Existing parents should log in, go to Account > Centres > Update Centres, and add the MANNA-SEH HOLIDAY CLUB centre before booking.

New parents create an account and choose the relevant Manna-seh centre. Existing parents simply log in.
